Sad News - Sam Freas Monday, March 25, 2019

Coach Sam Freas, Oklahoma Baptist University Swim Coach, passed away unexpectedly March 24th, shortly after celebrating his 72nd birthday. Sam was a great coach, along with being a writer. NISCA carries his most recent book "Sprinting II - It Takes Guts" in their online store. Sam will be missed and our thoughts are with his family. Passings - Jeff Johnson Monday, March 18, 2019

NISCA is sad to announce that Jeff Johnson, coach of the Acton-Boxborough High School Swim Teams on February 15th. Jeff and his wife Marge were frequent attendees of the NISCA National Conference and their presence will be greatly missed.
